Ingredients:
1lb Ground Turkey Sausage (browned & drained)
2 Cans Italian Diced Tomatoes
4 Cups Chicken Broth
8oz Cream Cheese (cubed)
4 Cups Fresh Spinach
1 Bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini
Peas (optional)
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
Pepper to Taste
Pinch of Your Favorite Dried Herbs
Directions:
Place everything except for the tortellini and spinach into your slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours. Add the tortellini and spinach and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughly.
