Q: How long will this take?
A: Truth is, I don’t know? It’s different for everyone. But, I do know, the more you concentrate on it, the less it will happen for you. We want things yesterday. But if you don’t want to damage your metabolism, things take time. Trust the process. Any progress is better than no progress. Put the focus in the progress you ARE getting!

Q: Will carbs make me gain weight?
A: Ugh. Carbs are not the problem. Overeating is. Anything in excess can contribute to weight gain. Carbs are not evil, but your mindset about them can be.

Q: How often should I weigh myself?
A: When you check-in with me 😂 Seriously, that’s it. Do NOT obsess about the scale. The scale measures lack of sleep, excess water, dehydration, extra carbs. It takes 3500 calories to gain 1lb of fat. Let’s meditate on that for a moment. Concentrate on letting your coach tell you your progress if it’s not showing on the scale!

Q: How many clients do you have, you are so thorough and quick to respond?
A: I don’t question your work, do I? I am VERY passionate about my work and I do NOT take more clients than I can handle. Every single client deserves the SAME treatment and detail. I mean that 1000%
But if you must know...I have 22 weight loss clients and 16 clinical clients. I also have another full time job that is 40 hours (sometimes more) of my week. If I can’t give 100% to my clients, I decline new ones. Deal?
